Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a real quick look at these Fulton replacement friction discs. Now this is going to replace two friction discs for your 2,500 pound rated Fulton brake winch. And for your reference on your screen, I do have the model number of that winch that these discs are going to fit. And these discs are made here in the U.S.A. And let me pull out my ruler here just to give you some measurements just so you can be further confident that these are gonna work for you. So looking at the outer diameter, we're sitting right about 2 3/16 inches.
And then looking at the inner diameter, that diameter of that hole, we're sitting right at about 11/16 of an inch on that inner hole diameter. And then the thickness is 3/32 of an inch. So these discs are directly from Fulton so they are the direct replacement. And instructions are also included to walk you through the installation process. Well, that's gonna conclude our brief look today.

They were there with the right parts and provided quick shipping on the parts needed for my winch. When there's issues, so good to have someone in your corner
I work for a rental company here in Saint Charles and in the past the company has bought a new winch when one of these discs fail on our light towers, which gets quite expensive in a hurry considering that there are two winches on every light tower. I bought these discs from you out of my own pocket to see if they could replace the originals and so far it looks like a match but they have not been installed on the winch that is on my bench at work.
I have placed three different orders in the last month. The service was awesome. The items ordered and delivered promptly. I had a specific question about a particular winch which was answered quickly and for me, correctly.

Ordered parts to repair a hand winch. Received parts were perfect, made repairs and all works well. Product and service are very good in my experience.
It is very nice and smooth and I am pleased with my purchase. The only downside is that it takes a lot of cranking to get the tower up and down, but that is no fault of the winch. You either have a lot of ranks with low effort or fewer cranks with much effort. I like the former better
