Should the Dutton Lainson Roller Bunks DL21740 be Bolted Down or Allowed to Move on Swivel Brackets

I am trailering a 14 foot Lund boat. Should the bunks swivel to conform to the bottom of boat or do they need to be tighten down in a fixed position?

It is best to have the Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunk # DL21740 swivel. This will allow the # DL21740 to move with the boat when loading it on the trailer.

I spoke with the Dutton-Lainson Engineering department, and the rollers are 5 inches wide, outside to outside on the double rollers like the #DL21754. I attached a picture of the dimensions of the triple rollers too which is oddly narrower.

I looked up pictures of trailer that typically carry the 16 ft sea nyph fishing machine and yes roller bunks like the #CE27700 can be used on it.
