i want to install these lights#stl22ccrb on a boat trailer pulled by a 2008 toyota tacoma with an existing factory tow package wiring harness with a 4 pole outlet at the trailer hitch. please tell me all the parts and pieces and adapters/converters i would need . thank you

To use the Optronics Trailer Lights, item # STL22CCRB, on your boat trailer you will need several parts. I will list them below.

2 each Optronics Trailer Lights, item # STL22CCRB
2 each Rubber Grommet for 6-1/2 inch Oval Trailer Tail Lights, item # A70GB
2 each Right Angle 3-Wire Pigtail for Sealed Trailer Stop, Turn and Tail Lights, item # A47PB
2 each Mount Bracket for 6-1/2 inch Oval Trailer Tail Light - Stainless Steel, item # 337LB1SS
1 each 35 ft. Wishbone 4-Way Trailer Wiring Harness with 42 inch Ground Wire, item # A35W42B
1 each Heavy-Duty, LED Trailer License-Plate Light w/ Mounting Bracket, 5 Diode, item # LPL55CB

If the trailer is over 80 inches wide you will also need the following parts.

2 each Sealed, Rectangular LED Trailer Side Marker Light, 14 Diodes - Amber, item # MCL49AB
1 each Sealed, Over 80 inch, LED ID Light Bar, 2 Wire, 3 Diode - Red, item # MCL70RB

Finally if you need a 7-Way to 4-Way adapter for your 2008 Toyota Tacoma I would recommend the Pollak 7 Pole to 4 Pole Connector Adapter, item # PK12716.

There are no converters or adapters needed to install these LED lights on the trailer. All of the above mentioned parts will work with your 2008 Toyota Tacoma trailer towing package. I have linked a trailer wiring video for you to review below.

We actually have two red LED lights that are 15 inches long and 1-3/8 inches wide that have a 14-1/8 inch hole spacing. Parts #MCL70RB and #MCL70RBF2. They will both fit into your chrome base, #A69CB.

I reached out to my contact at Optronics and they were able to give me some additional information on this light set. The LED Combination Trailer Tail Lights #TLL16RK have full copper wires that are 18 gauge wires.
