Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Mount-n-Lock Heavy Hauler, 92 inch long aluminum RV replacement bumper with the glossy black finish. Has a 600 pound weight capacity. Now this complete bumper kit will let you add a bumper or replace your stock RV bumper to give you extra durability and a higher weight rating. Now this heavy duty aluminum bumper gives you a higher hate weight rating so that you can safely haul your bikes or generator to a campsite. Does have a 600 pound maximum capacity when it's evenly distributed.

It is also great for supporting cargo carriers and other bumper-mounted accessories and it does install using these 10 heavy duty brackets. Basically, there's five on each side here and you can see we've pre-installed them just to show you what they would look like when you go to install it. I want to zoom in and show you these. These basically will clamp around the bumper and they reinforce the bumper to prevent heavy loads from damaging it. Right here is where you bolt it to your frame and then you can see this little clamp around the bumper.

This is less likely to lead to the bumper detachment than a stock bumper with the same weight. Now also, if you want to add a two inch hitch to this, you will need part number MO64VR, that's designed to clamp around this bumper and give you a two inch hitch. We do sell that separately and just wanna pop up an insert to show you what that hitch would look like. You can see how it clamps around the same bumper. Another nice feature on this is this bumper is actually hollow inside. This hollow compartment right here, you can see it has vented end plates on both ends, so you can put your smelly sewer hoses and fittings in here. And because they're vented, these vents will circulate fresh air to help prevent moisture and mold buildup. And the way you install it, you slide open these side plates out of the way, put your hose in there, put your fittings in there, whatever gets in there and then just to hold them into place, slide your plate right back down in there. Now this is a rustproof lightweight aluminum construction.

You can see it has a nice glossy black finish to it and this glossy black powder coat finish has a mirror-like finish, protects against scratches. Now you can also get this bumper in a brushed finished, which will be shiny. It hides scratches, but it will hold dirt, since it will have a rough surface to it. And they also make this in just a plain raw-mill finish, that'll show scratches in discolorations. Now this is a bolt-on installation onto RV's frame. Comes with the included hardware right here. Now there is some drilling required to install this. Couple notes, if the RV frame is shorter than your RV's body, you will need the extension plates, which we sell separately, part number MO24VR. And if your RV's body extends to the bottom of the frame, you'll need the drop plates, part number MO84VR. Both of those items we do sell separately and they're listed on this product page. This part is made in the USA. Application, this will fit I-beam, S-beam, tube and channel frames. Now if it's flange frames, they must be at least four inches tall, three inches long. If it's a non-flange frame, they must be three inches tall by three inches long. Dimensions on the bumper itself, the length from one end to the other end is 92 inches. The width on it is gonna be six inches wide by six inches tall. And the weight on this bumper's about 42 pounds.
