I have used this hitch setup with a 7.3 F-250 for just over a year. It has been put to the test, hauling loads at rated capacity over thousands of miles. I love the ability to quickly adjust hitch levels for different trailers and the whole assembly is well made. It is machined very tight and so there is virtually no slack, so no banging and clanging as you drive. My only suggested improvement for the manufacturer is to improve the coating on the product. The crinkle coating is easily damaged and will flake, exposing bare metal and allowing rust to take hold. Thankfully the steel is very high grade and so corrosion is light at these bare spots.
Adding to the back of my Newmar Dutch Star to provide a 3 to 4 inch drop for my flat towing of a Ram 1500 with Blue Ox setup.
A little disappointed that there is a little play in the connection to DS tow hitch, just a slight wiggle. Got a J-Pin, but Newmar hitch didn’t have 2 holes.May use the top holes for some sort of carrier ( bike or spare ).
Didn’t have need for ball hitch, but maybe in the future.
Infinite pins DID NOT work with this 16k ball mount - too short.
I love this hitch. It is exactly what I wanted for my new f150. It is beefy and I expect it to last a very long time. Etrailer.com was equally as amazing. I ordered the mount with 4 day shipping because we had a weekend at the lake planned with our boat. I ordered it around 5 pm. THEY SHIPPED IT AT MIDNIGHT. It arrived in 2 days. Just wow.
Until you get your hands on a hitch like this Gen-Y you haven't picked up a receiver. Unless you need it for the weight it's way overkill for a small trailer. I got a 16K for my 13000 lb boat at a great price.

Works great for towing trailers with different heights of sway bar hitches. The ability to put whatever kind of hitch you want at any height is invaluable, I will probably never have to buy a drop hitch ever again in my life, the construction on this is very stout.
After using it, but they standard trailer the ball hitch cracked did not know who to reach out to called you guys multiple times and no response
The hitch was perfect for the job that I was working on.95 bronco,which I mounted it at the front of vehicle so that the customer can move boats around while looking at the front windsheild.Also was able to use it at the rear of vehicle also.Perfect choice.
This hitch is solid! We used it to flat-tow a Jeep behind our motorhome and use the top slot for the bike rack. It was super solid and performed perfectly during this 4500+ mile trip.
Very heavy duty stacked receiver and dual ball. Combined with the stabilizer bars i feel safe hauling my trailers. Still able to use my other hitches with this receiver too.
I've not towed with it yet, but it's very high quality and seems way overbuilt. I like the hammered finish and the components are very nice. Once I figured out how they work, Gen-Y's 'twisting lock pin' is easier to use than a standard cotter pin and adds some piece of mind that it's not going anywhere. Love that you can store the ball mount in front of the hitch when not using it - including sideways so that it doesn't reduce ground clearance, even when in the lowest receiver. The only thing I don't like about it - which etrailer comments on in the online item description - is that it doesn't fit very snug. Combined with the 2-1/2 to 2" reducer sleeve, there's a fair amount of play. Not sure yet if this is going to create rattling when towing (that would reduce my stars). One note: based on the Gen-Y website's method for determining the appropropriate drop for my vehicle, I should have ordered the 10" drop. I did my own measuring and ordered the 7-1/2" drop instead, which works perfectly for my 2021 RAM 3500 SRW 4x4.
All in all a good set up. A lot more play in the receiver than I expected. Fair amount of rattling around without a trailer attached. In all fairness I do live in a state with poor roads.

Has done what it is supposed to do. I have used the hitch to tow two boats over the last two years using both ball sizes. The only issue is the appearance. Saltwater creates rust and break down of the coating on the hitch. Was never dunked in salt has been effected being near saltwater. Hitch was washed with freshwater after each use in salt.
I probably wouldn’t buy again. I have seen some other hitches that can do similar adjustments that do better near saltwater environments.
Holy crap, thing is built like a tank. Needed it to lower my front mount to accommodate a ebike rack. Worked great!

This thing is a monster, going to be perfect for what I got it for, had to have a 12 inch rise for flat towing our 2021 raised Jeep wrangler. looked all over for something strong enough for the job, and this beast is perfect.
