Although I had to exit about a month to receive this order, it was out eTrailers responsibility due to manufacturer back order. Once they got it, they wasted no time shipping it out. As far as the hitch goes, it fits perfectly in my 2 1/2” receiver. Pretty stout construction and more up to the task for towing my 4,300 lb boat and trailer. Customer service from eTrailer as always, the best.
