If you are looking for bolt on hinges that can open all the way and fold flat, stop searching and buy these. They are also the best price. They shipped fast and arrived in time to get my scramble horse to a show. With my new trailer doors we are going to have no problems now !
Just the hinge I wanted. Could not find locally. Wanted 270 degree swing. I can latch the door open at 270 degrees with latch 383400 and it does not swing around. Holes are a bit odd to me. 3/8 for hinge base plate and 5/16 for door strap. I drilled 5/16 to 3/8 to use identical torx hardware in all holes.
For the curious, this box was designed to hold 2-3x what a normal truck does, and collapse flat in garage when not needed. I could not find such a pre-designed product, so I made one.
Received the correct item on-time.
Product works great for my barn door install on my DIY toy hauler ..arrived earlier than expected with no hassles.

Awesome ..just the hinges i needed for my rwar barn door toy hauler project
Hinges worked absolutely perfectly. Used for the rear door of a mini-horse trailer my Son and I built my Wife. Has been used for a year and still look brand new.
I purchased 2 hinges and one hasp door lock. I was custom building a tool trailer and was able to modify them to work properly with my design. I am now on the second version of the same trailer and the equipment is in the plans to use again but in a different location. They are very versitile.

The hinges and door latch are working fine on the trailer I built. I have remodeled it a second time last year and I am still using your hardware. The quality is very high in respects to me doing it at home and not in a professional fabrication shop. Should I ever need anything further I will be contacting your company for material.
We actually did not use this for a hinge... but a custom application in our cargo trailer conversion. Worked perfect for what we were working toward accomplishing. I appreciate your folks there working with us to get what we needed!!!!
Thank you for the follow up email , you are the first company to want the a follow up a year later . Like car dealers want to know how you like the product the next week or so after you buy it ,they could care less what you think a year later. I believe the hinges are great I sold the trailer they were used on but I will follow up on this . great idea !

Heavy duty hinge! Excellent quality that replaced perfectly 15 year old enclosed utility trailer rear 270 degree swing door strap hinge that would no longer swing back properly. Very happy to have my trailer door open and swing back all the way smoothly thanks to this new strap.
It was exactly as described. I replaced aluminum hinges from the manufacturer, which twisted and bent the fist time I opened the trailer gate. These steel hinges I have opened and closed fifty times plus with no problems. Always a pleasure to deal with etrailer.
Shipment arrived as promised. On time, in perfect condition and complete. I used the parts to convert a "Drop Down" door on my trailer to "Barn Doors". Parts are heavy duty and should last for the life of the trailer. I would have no concerns about ordering from etrailer.com in the future.

GOOD STURDY MATERIAL. MAKING A SET OF REAR DOORS FOR A BOX ON MY F250 THAT COLLECTS MULCHED LEAVES. WILL MAKE IT MUCH EASIER TO UNLOAD AND ALSO ALLOW IT TO BE USED AS A MULTI-USE HAULER.

So far the part had been great! Ive recommended the hinges to anyone that has admired the doors. The tension has stayed tight which is great so the doors dont swing around in the breeze.Have a great day!
