- Dimensions Of The Over The Seal Strap Hinge # PLR2116-SSThe hole dimensions for the Over the Seal Strap Hinge are as follows. From the center of the hinge to the holes going down the shaft is 3-1/2", 9", and 14-1/2" respectively. So the measurement you're looking for is about 3 inches from the center of the hinge to the end of the bend. From the center of the hinge to the three holes on the bracket are 1-1/4" for both the top and bottom holes while 2-1/2" for the center hole. We do not modify, these are sold as is. We do have an aluminum one...
