We used these hinges for a set of gates at a Water Park in Jacksonville Fl. We had them Powder Coated. The gates are used every day and are holding up great, and the powder coating still looks perfect.

    The hinge you referenced part # PLR2212-AS would replace what you have now on your horse trailer and the holes would line up. It looks like for your window you'd need a piano hinge that's about 2 feet long, but at this time we do not have any in that length.

    The closest solution we have to what you are looking for is the Polar Aluminum Square Corner Hinge part # PLR2212-AS which will not corrode as it is aluminum but the dimensions are a bit different than what you listed. The dimensions are overall 12 inches in length, strap width is 2 inches, and the mounting holes are separated by 3-1/8 inches.     While we do have a hinge that is going to let you have a gate that swings to the inside of the trailer and to the outside for a 270 degree swing, the hinges you referred to would not allow that type of movement. Instead, you will need what is called a square corner hinge, and you have a couple of different options based on the length and metal construction you want.     The big difference between the Cam Door Latch # PLR458-018 and the # PLR658-002 is the robustness of the pipe mount on the handle side. The # PLR658-002 is more for heavy duty applications and comes with bushings for the pipe to mount in. This requires a 1-5/16 inch diameter pipe and the other requires 3/4 inch diameter.
