Speaker 1: Today we're gonna take a look at the Ericson Ratchet Tie-Down Strap with Double J-Hooks and D-Ring. This is gonna be a 1-inch by 15-foot strap, and it has a working load limit of 1,000 pounds. The nicest thing about this strap is that not only is it going to be a ratcheting style strap to do the work for you to get your load cinched down inaudible 00:00:28 you work that, that's going to pull the strap in to tighten down over your load, but this is also going to have the two J-Hooks on either end. There's also that D-Ring, so that if there isn't an attachment point to work with the J-Hook, you can secure the strap to itself by using that D-Ring. It's gonna give you a lot of versatility when using this ratcheting strap. Again, it does have the ratchet function.

Whenever you need to release the tension on that, you can pull up on the handle, open it all the way up, and then it'll allow you to free spool the rest of the length out to loosen it.All the metal portions, including our ratchet handle, the J-Hooks, and the D-Ring, those are all gonna be made of a yellow dye chrome 8-plated steel, so it's going to resist rust and also still have a lot of durability. The strap itself is going to have a durable black polyester webbing. As you can see, the stitching there is going to be really secure. It goes a good length of the way to make sure that it's going to have a really secure hold on those D-Rings. This is going to, again, have a dimension of 1-inch strap by 15-feet long.

It has a safe working load limit of 1,000 pounds, and it has a maximum load or break strength of 3,000 pounds. This is a single strap, but you wanna keep in mind that it's always a good idea to use straps in a pair, especially if you have something that is 2,000 pounds. Using this strap as a pair with an additional one is going to be what you would need to get all of that secured down properly.
