We had to take off the "extra" screwed on heat shield (our rig has a heat shield on the wall). If you do not take this off, you cannot install the microwave! I called twice to explain the situation, the first time they did offer to pick it up and issue a refund, but we made it work. I called a second time to make them aware that the model number they shipped was different and it does not fit the bracket that comes with it appropriately. We love ordering from Etrailer, but I still don't think they understand the issue :(

When my Highpoint oven failed I was concerned that I could find a replacement and install it myself. I found e trailer on line and called them. I was connected with no wait time and spoke to a polite and knowledgeable english speaking lady who was very helpful. I was referred to a Furrion unit that would work and they had videos to explain the installation. The unit was reasonably priced and shipped the next day. It was a perfect fit. I thank Alexzander and Allison for their help and I will call them again if I need advice with information.

The first order was damaged in shipping, Etrailer made it right that day. Emailed shipping label and processed replacement order. Etrailer reboxed new unit to prevent damage. Shipment was perfect. Highly recommend this company. Exact replacement microwave/convection oven.

Great
This thing was garbage. Totally damaged parts on the inside. See photons of damage. I didn’t figure out the damage until I had to take the cover off because it wasn’t working. Then it was too late to return to etrailer. Had to fight with Furrion to replace and they replaced it with another damaged one. Finally got a new one after 6 months of fighting.
I received the item on time but it was damaged. The back and one side was bent. I managed to get it installed and so far it is working. Haven't tried the convection yet. Microwave does great.

My microwave is still working wonderfully a year later.
Gave it four stars because there was damage to the cabinet on top. Strange because there was no damage to the 2 boxes it was shipped in. Had to be damaged at factory before it was packaged I'm guessing.
The microwave so far works good and was an exact replacement (including wall bracket) for a High Pointe that went out in my 5th wheel. Made for an easy installation. Prompt shipping from etrailer and arrived in 3 days as was noted in the ad.

Sad door creaks every time you open it. Dang ! A deficit for sure. Not sure why or how I have to effect a fix.
One year in, no issues. Replaced a similar Oven/Microwave in our RV. We're full-timers so it really gets the workout. Only negative is Temps/times are tough to figure out on the convection oven. Oven temp is 25 - 50 degrees off from display setting which adds time to those in your recipe.

No problems after one year in our RV. Weve been on the road for most of the year so it has gotten a work out and still works as well as the day we installed it.
The convection microwave came to us dented. However, we were without one and needed it, so we installed
it anyway. It works fine and was exactly the same as the old one it was replacing, with the exception of the dented part near the exhaust fan filter.

I am sorry that this arrived with a dent. Let me get this information over to our customer service department to see what they can do for you.
I received my microwave in a few days. It is more updated than the previous one I had from the inside look & improvements with the door handle & the outside panel. This one has led lights which is much better.
Missing mounting plate!!!
Now I have to wait for the part to be shipped. Not very happy.
I was shocked in receiving my microwave with dents and the box was slashed on one side. I called customer services of Etrailer and they made me feel at ease that they are able to send a replacement. Without hesitation they sent the new microwave..I received it before the actual date that was promised. Which in this case was right in time brie the New Years!
The new product was installed today and working excellent. I am really happy and would definitely order from your company again in the future.

It's still works fine. We are full time rv's so it gets used a lot.The convection works good no problems. The first one we had only
lasted about two year's. This one on convection is way quieter then the first on.I would recommend one for sure. Buy it here from trailer they have the best price and fast shipping.
There is slight damage to the top left corner (it’s bent and a small “fin” in the same location was broken off). We didn’t even notice it until install was complete. The unit appears to be working well.

The microwave is good, but it arrived with a dent in the outside corner and inside frame where the door closes. We installed it because we didn't want to go to the Hassel of returning it and getting another. I feel like we should get a compensation credit of some kind for the dents.

Works great
The product showed up in a damaged box with all the packing foam in pieces and the microwave dented and bent.
Unfortunately, we don't know who the shipper was.
This unit has been installed but not used except to test functions, which seem to work as advertised. Unit replaced a Whirlpool 1.9 c/u and looks like a factory installed product which was important to us. The original unit had a 1” drop down bracket mounted to the slideout ceiling which I wanted to retain so I had to make some bracket modifications to get the factory-fit appearance. That made it more complicated than the plug-and-play installation described in other reviews.
Overall it turned out fine and we hope to get many years of service.

It is working as it should and looks like it belongs in the space the original oven occupied. I’m very satisfied.
We purchased this Furrion RV Convection Microwave as a replacement for our Motorhome. I have used it only once since having it installed, as our Rig was at Camping World for a list of repairs and replacements on this new-to-us-motorhome. We dropped it off on Dec. 30th 2022, and picked it up sometime in August/September 2023. Would be happy to give you a review after I've had more time to use it.
I had to replace my original Furrion unit after three years. The control board when out and they do not offer a replacement board. R-trailer had the best price out there. I ordered and oven arrived in 4 days. After installing noticed small dent on side of oven. I place cup of water inside to test. All seemed fine at first. About 40 minutes later oven came on by itself. This happened again about 30 minutes later. Spoke to my neighbor who repairs ovens and he recommended oven be replaced. Contacted etrailer. 24 hours later a replacement oven was in it’s way. Received new oven, installed, working great. It’s been a long time since I experienced such great service. Anna, George. I am very disappointed in the product I received, the microwave I bought was damaged all to heck on one side . The shipping was extremely quick but other than that, I was very disappointed about the product I received, especially at the price I had to pay
I was weary about ordering since numerous reviews mentioned damaged box and damaged product. My box was damaged and there is a small dent. We will not be able to install for a couple of weeks but we did test it and it seems to work fine. Better packaging is needed for sure.

We did get it installed, the screw holes that were there for the prior microwave did not line up. Not sure why my hubby thought they would. Lol But other than that it seemed to go pretty smooth. We had made some popcorn in it before we took it to the camper.
Exactly as described and easy installation. Instructions were easy to follow and spot on.
I started to leave a review, and initially clicked 1 star, because the microwave arrived dented up on multiple side except for the front face. I tested to make sure it works and since it did I went ahead and installed it. Also, this is the second time I've had to order this same microwave since the first time it was damaged enough to where UPS would not attempt delivery. Frankly, it needs more package cushioning instead of just what the manufacturer provides.
Well, initially the microwave went back order as so many things do today. No big deal. Once it arrived I inspected the packaging and it looked ok. However, once I removed it from the box, the left rear top corner was crushed. One end had two scratches and a dent. Not enough to cause any installation interference. So, I went ahead and installed it. Seems to work ok. The manufacturer really need to improve the packaging. The styrofoam is far too thin and not dense enough. Also not enough clearance between the oven and the box.

After one year the oven is working well and I recommend it. The convection feature, in particular, works very well.
