Product was what I expected, HOWEVER The last one I purchased from another co. Included all the required screws. I was miffed when I opened the box and saw no screws, and the directions which I do not need were for a different application. Overall pleased.
Was missing the retaining clips on both items. The old ones were ok.
What I'd like to know is how ETrailer got my Roof Vent stuff to me so quickly. Not only that, but I get a note right after I ordered referencing a prior order (for the same thing...different trailer) and I'm saying to myself, "These folks take customer service to another level." Everything ordered was in the box and delivered intact.
Easy installation and operation.
Fit the old opening just fine. Easy install, I had to install backwards because of the roof slope on my A-Frame trailer.
This was a great vent for my family's pop up camper that was passed down the family to me. The vent cover in the middle of the camper was broke into peices and was covered up for many years. No damage was down from the rain so I was thankful. This vent is great and It was real simple to install. And works perfectly and is for sure brand new in the box. Note: it did not come with screws, so you will need to get those along with your caulk tape and caulking of your choice. The instructions calls for size #8 screws. I used 1" long self tapping screws which worked perfectly for the job.

Delivery was timely and arrived complete and intact. The Vent dome kit fit perfectly and I was able to install the assembly in a short time with excellent results. I will definitely return to e trailer for future projects.

Easy to install ( I highly recommend a good quality elastomeric caulk) the dome is a light weight plastic, had I known I would have spent more money for a heavier fiberglass unit.
Was very pleased with the service and quick response. It got here sooner than promised and have already gotten it installed. It was used in the conversion of an enclosed utility trailer.
Appears well made and easy to install. One of the great things is Etrailer sells repair/replacement parts so you don't have to replace the whole unit if something breaks or wears out. Nice unit and great price

After ordering the wrong one customer service was awesome and finally installing the correct one, it works great. It was easy to install too.
Received the vent faster than expected, installed is and work great! Removed the old vent and installed this unit, fits great and the screen is much better than the old one. Great price, fast delivery, installed easily.
These were exactly what we were looking for to replace our existing yellow speakers. Perfect fit in our 2006 Kodiak Hybrid. Quick delivery and reasonable price.

Due to packing of shipment, heavy items were put on top of vent and vent plastic was cracked
I was pleased and surprised when installing the new vent, that it was not only a perfect fit in the opening in the camper roof, but the screw holes in the flange lined up precisely with the holes from the previous unit I had removed! This may be because there is some kind of industry standard on hatch flange layouts, or I just got lucky. But boy, did that make the install simple and fast. I ran out of my Dicor Self-leveling sealant, before getting completely around the unit, but the job is virtually done and the new vent looks great!

I bought this vent to replace the one in my Pace American cargo trailer. The only alteration needed was to trim 1/2 inch off the inside trim, my roof was thinner. I found butyl tape & sealant at Lowes to complete the job. Vent looks great & I like the knob better than the crank, doesn’t stick down to snag stuff.

Material could be a bit stronger but does the work! Good bang for the buck
