This bolster bracket supports your boat trailer's bunk. Constructed of corrosion-resistant galvanized steel, it helps you to properly align your bunk boards and provides years of reliable use.

Specs:

This bracket holds two bunk boards angled toward each other to provide support for one of the boat's pontoons. On both the right and left sides of the trailer, one bracket is mounted in the front and another in the rear. Carpeted bunk boards are run from front to back.
Galvanized Steel
Galvanized steel parts are hot-dipped in zinc after being stamped. This creates a coating that is typically 3 mil to 5 mil thick. This thick, all-around coating allows galvanized steel products to provide years of use without rusting or corroding.

I borrowed the idea to use this trailer bracket to mount bunks for a pontoon boat on a usedboat lift I recently purchased. They work just fine, and were less expensive than OEM pontoon system for the lift.

The old brackets have fatigued and I will reinforce these new ones before installation. My boat may be a tad heavy for these brackets. I am very pleased with the price , availability, and quick delivery of these products. I have used E-Trailer before and have experienced good products and delivery.

Product looks stronger than expected, should work good. Unfortunately these parts which could have been shipped in a box not much larger than a shoe box were shipped in a box the size a door to an oven could fit in with no wrap or fill, as a result they are pretty dinged up and the galvanized coating gone where all the gouges are so I expect these to rust and look bad pretty quickly. 4 star product (some irregular holes and bends), 1 star logistics(also shipped after the date it said they would arrive), 3 star overall...

Excellent product. Converted an old $400 tandem axel boat trailer to a pontoon trailer using 2 8' pallet rack uprights, 4 16' 2x6s, bunk carpet and 8 of these. Trailer is overkill or a 20' pontoon, but isn't that what you want.

I bought brackets to convert a boat trailer to a pontoon boat trailer. The brackets seemed sturdy enough, but the rear ones bent and then broke, doing $7k damage to my pontoon boat. Needless to say, I am not very happy with you.

Received our pontoon trailer bunk brackets on time, and our handyman son installed them today. We’re having to modify a 5 x 10 foot utility trailer to tote our 10 foot mini-pontoon boat. The brackets worked perfectly with the 10-foot 2 by fours that now only need to be wrapped in carpet material. Very pleased with our purchase.

All was as advertised.
A great add on to your site could be a form to enter information for what you want to do, some info on your trailer and recommended products you will need to complete your project.
For instance:
Are your bunks connected to your frame or a cross member? Mine was a cross member so I could only use the product I ordered. The other bunk connector could not be used on that type of set up.
Also you could ask: what are the measurements of your beam where you are going to connect your bunk connector? Mine was 2"X3". Then you could say what u-bolts and straps are needed.

Therefore, it will be up to the installer to determine suitability. That said, a general rule for pontoon boats is to have at least four supports per side. In regards to securing the brackets, you can either drill directly into the crossmember or use some sort of u-bolt.
