I can say that the part is as good as pictured and worked well. What my review is going to be about is the customer service. I got a email with a confirmation of the employee who picked my part, packed my parts and shipped my parts. This was constant communication about the service and with a profile picture puts a name wit a face. I feel that this goes above and beyond the expectations of any customer on a internet order. - Replacement Jack for 1997 Starcraft Meteor 814 ClassicWe don't offer a replacement jack that would be compatible with the bracketry you show in your photo, but we do offer an option that would work for you. Folks use side-mount jacks on A-frame trailers all the time, but as you found they're not very stable because of the tilting force placed on them because the load is off-center. I'd recommend replacing your existing coupler with part # CA-5100-Z which would provide a strong and secure mounting location for the jack. The coupler is a weld-on...

Best option would be to drill several holes spaced evenly on the a-frame portion of the coupler to the trailer frame. You'd want to use Grade 5 or higher hardware too.
