One year later and everything is still great. Keys work like a charm.
Initially I thought I had an issue with the key. I reached out and Carol responded promptly. This morning I read her response and decided to do a side by side comparison with my original key. I am Happy to say it is working exactly like my original. Happy with my purchase and impressed that this company is concerned with customer satisfaction . I trust them and recommend them. I purchase keys for a Yakima rack and bike tray setup that was given to me because the keys had been lost. Through email with Etrailer experts I was able to identify the lock core number and order the correct keys for this Yakima setup. The new keys work perfectly and I am now able to lock the rack to my vehicle and the bikes to the rack. Thanks Etrailer.
I ordered extra keys for two bike carriers (actually 3 since the Yakima holdup for 4 bikes is purchased as two parts that have differnt keys). It was easy to place the order and the items arrived promptly. Very good experience overall.

Ordered 3 separate Yakima SRS replacement keys. Even with the Yakima stamp on them they “looked” like copies. I didn’t have any original Yakima keys so can’t say for sure. They all work perfectly, arrived quickly & great tracking of my order. Very pleased. Will buy more products from etrailer in the future. Good company & products.
When the locked car top carrier comes back to Michigan in the spring, the keys are forgotten in Florida and the spare set cannot be found, thank goodness for etrailer selling the exact keys you need at a very reasonable price and ship them fast!! Thank You!
Great price with fast and reasonable shipping. As represented. Key works great in my Yakima bike rack. I would recommend and I would buy again....but hopefully I won't have to.
