I purchase keys for a Yakima rack and bike tray setup that was given to me because the keys had been lost. Through email with Etrailer experts I was able to identify the lock core number and order the correct keys for this Yakima setup. The new keys work perfectly and I am now able to lock the rack to my vehicle and the bikes to the rack. Thanks Etrailer.

Getting Thule and Yakima products and services from etrailer is always faster better service then going through either manufacturer.
