Etrailer delivered! They said it would take a while and it did. I was offered an A145 key after I ordered A132. I declined. I was sent an A145 when the stock of A132’s was replenished. I informed Et of the mistake and an A132 was sent promptly. When offered to write this review the products shipped to me showed A154 and A132 when in fact they are A145 and A132.
The key works in the locks I have, not much to say about the product. The packaging from eTrailer was excessive. The single key came in a box which was 6"x6"x10" which explains why the shipping cost is the same as the product cost.

im trying to buy a key for my older rain gutter style towers and the number engraved on the lock is 056. does this key come cut already? or is it a blank key from Yakima that I need to have a locksmith cut for me? thanks for your time!
The key fits, as a replacement key for my Yakima racks. However, waiting for to five months for the key is a little irritating me
Very happy to have this site. Second time I am using this and I feel more comfortable, because even if I lost a key all the time is etrailer for us; it's easy to lose small key, especially when you have bike racks, ski rack/top box.

The key, as expected, was exactly what we needed. But that's not the important part of this review; what is important is the customer service and follow-up on something fairly inexpensive and trivial. I did not expect follow-up emails and tracking information on an item that cost less than $xx. Needless to say, the customer service on this simple purchase deserves 6 stars (although I can only give eTrailer 5). This company and its staff are true professionals who care about their customers. Perfect fit/replacement for my Yakima ski rack. Old key was rusted and just had the one. Ordered a new pair from eTrailer, they arrived fast and worked as expected.
