Michael: Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com and today we're going to be taking a look at the Ultra-Fab replacement motor. This is designed to replace a damaged motor in your Ultra-Fab Power Twin II electric stabilizer and it fits models UF39-941705 and UF39-941707.You can see our unit does have a grease fitting. It's going to allow us to easily maintain our motor by greasing our internal components whenever we need to and it does have a two wire design so we're going to have one wire for power and one wire for ground. The ring terminals are already installed so it's going to make it easier to connect.This does install the same way as the original as it is a direct replacement part from the manufacturer. Now the gasket and motor housing are sold separately. You can find the gasket here at etrailer.com using part number UF17-141008 and you can find the motor housing using the part number UF39-741622.That's going to complete our look at the Ultra-Fab replacement motor..

These motors are excellent. They operate the UltraFab leveling system and they have a high torque rating. The Ultrafab system is not intended to lift the trailer wheels off the ground, but these motors are strong and will lift my triaxle trailer wheels completely off the ground.

All 4 Ultra fab motors have failed including the two replacements purchased. The stabilizer system was installed about 5 years ago. Last year two motors failed and were replaced and now all have failed. Now using a drill to bring them up and down. They are rated at 6K pounds each and the whole trailer does not weight quite that much. Very disappointed.

Installed motor for the rear scissor jack on our Carrage Fifth Wheel. Works just like the original that was 11 years old and used very often.

- Troubleshooting An Ultra-Fab Electric Stabilizer Jack That Won't Lift The Trailer If one of the legs of your Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer with Dual Motors # UF39-941705 isn't lifting then you likely have a lack of power or worn gear inside the motor that's catching enough to lower the leg but not enough to handle the resistance when lifting the trailer. I recommend testing the voltage at the motors with a multimeter # PT89ZR first to see if you're getting a full 12 volts. If you aren't getting enough power then check the source and wiring between the two...

The Ultrafab leveling system continues to serve me without issue. I bought an extra motor so I have a replacement on hand but I have not needed to use it. Great product and going strong.
