If one of the legs of your Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer with Dual Motors # UF39-941705 isn't lifting then you likely have a lack of power or worn gear inside the motor that's catching enough to lower the leg but not enough to handle the resistance when lifting the trailer. I recommend testing the voltage at the motors with a multimeter # PT89ZR first to see if you're getting a full 12 volts. If you aren't getting enough power then check the source and wiring between the two to determine where the issue lies.

If you are getting 12 volts then the motor/gearing is likely the issue and will need to be replaced with part # UF39-750009.
