Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look together at this Dexter replacement brass connector. Now, this is going to replace one brass connector for your Dexter disc brake actuators. And on your screen, I am including all of the models that this is going to fit. So as you can see there, this is going to fit the model 10, 20, 6, 60, 60 ZX7000, and the Aero 7500 Swingway. This connector is the direct replacement from Dexter.
So, what that means for you is you can trust that this is going to fit right in place of that original, whether that original somehow got misplaced or maybe even damaged. You're not gonna have to worry about compatibility issues, fitment issues, or anything like that. Well, that's gonna wrap up our real quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. - Orifice Connector for Titan Model 6 Disc Brake ActuatorOrifice Connector # T1209800 is for drum brakes. It is the new style with 1/8" NPT threads. For disc brakes you would need # T4750300. Drum brakes actually do not take the larger hole. Drum brakes require around 1000 psi whereas disc brakes require around 1500 to 1600 psi. The hole in the orifice through which the fluid flows is smaller on drum brake applications to limit the amount of fluid going back thus keeping the psi at the proper level. - Replacement Brass Connector for Dexter Disc Brake Actuators Since Tiedown is out of business I wasn't able to find what size of a fitting goes on the back of the brake actuator. I am pretty sure that is a common size amongst actuator fittings though. The Replacement Brass Connector for Dexter Disc Brake Actuators item # T4750300 you were looking at is a 1/8" to 3/16" fitting. This would be our only replacement option. Sorry I don't have more specific information. The parts brake down in the manual for the Tiedown 750 doesn't have that part listed...
