I can't say for certain, as I do not know what actuator or master cylinder you have, however if you have the Titan Disc Brake Kit and Leverlock Actuator w/ Electric Lockout T4843100, which is no longer available, then the correct fitting you're looking for is the:

-Replacement Brass Connector for Titan Disc Brake Actuators # T4750300.

This is a 1/8" to 3/16" fitting and will also work with the Model 10, Model 20, Model 6, Model 60, Model 60 ZX7000, and Aero 7500 Swingaway actuators.
