2 out of 3 items arrived. My replacement hardware never showed up. Said everything was delivered but hardware was not.
E trailer is the best for keeping me informed of the status of my order. Even though my item was out of stock, they were able to give me an accurate ship date. I will definitely be back.
Worked as expected. I like the flexibility being able to use it on the Ford or Chevy.
Purchased some Curt products from you for my fifth wheel. Needed certain parts which you shipped to me quickly. Also, needed some advice on how to do the installation which worked out great. Very pleased with service and products and will look to you for more help in the future.

Well that is not good to hear at all. Huh, it looks like you had a reshipment done, but the hardware was not included in that order. I'm sending your information over to our customer service department for them to get the hardware sent out to you.
