Jeff: Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com.Today, we're going to take a look at the replacement head mounting hardware for the CURT R-series fifth wheel slider hitches. Now this part will replace the hardware that'll secure your fifth wheel head to your CURT R-series slider. This hardware attaches either the cross-member or the hitch head body to the R-series slider, and it is designed to work with all the CURT R-series sliders.Does include everything shown here on the table: the four bolts, the four flat washers, the four split washers, and the four locking block nuts.But that should do it for the review on the replacement head-mounting hardware for the CURT R-series fifth wheel slider hitches.

- What Bolt/Size Do I Need to Attach My Curt A20 Hitch # C16540 To My Slider Base for Standard Rails?I went ahead and confirmed with my contact at Curt that the hardware that you need for attaching your Curt Replacement Head Unit for Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16540 to your 20k roller base are standard bolts (not Curt specific) that are 14mm x 2 mm per thread and 45mm long. If you need a set, Curt sells them. The bolts are the Replacement Head Mounting Hardware for Curt 5th Wheel Slider Hitches # C35UR. This set of 4 is all the bolts you need for the installation.

view full answer... - Upgrading From Curt E16 to A16 on Ram 2500I'm assuming you have adapter rails like # C29BR in your Ram 2500 puck system which are industry standard rails. If that is the case then yes, you can install the Curt A16 # C16521 on the same rails. You can also swap out the head. The Curt R16 # C16560 is the base for both the E16 and A16. The A16 replacement head is the # C16520 and you will also need the head mounting hardware # C35UR.
