Today we're taking a look at the replacement rectangular washer for the Thule Ride On Adapter. Now this is a really small piece. It replaces one rectangular washer on your Thule Ride On Adapter. It fits between the carriage bolt head and the clamp-on base. It's made from a durable metal construction. It does have a nice coating on it, so that's designed to help it resist rust and corrosion.
It's a direct replacement from the manufacturer so it's directly from Thule. Again, it's designed for the Thule Ride On Adapter, part number TH532.Put a ruler down here just so you can get a good idea of the size. Edge to edge going in that direction it measures one inch. And then edge to edge going in this direction it measures five-eighths of an inch. And that square hole in the center is a quarter inch by a quarter inch hole.That's gonna do it for today's look at the replacement rectangular washer for the Thule Ride On Adapter.
Again, it works with part number TH532.

Bought these as replacements for cracked and aging mounting hardware for my existing ski racks. Everything came exactly as ordered and fit great on my roof racks. Price with shipping was less than buying directly through Thule! It was really helpful to be able to shop by Thule part number. I actually found this site by googling the part numbers I needed.
Interesting thing about this part combined with the Thule Square-Bar adapter was that the clamp on the adapter didn't lock down as much as it should have and the bottom of the ski rack was not flush with the flat top surface on the clamp. I ended up not using this part between the bolt and the clamp to get a bit more wrap on the clamp.
The parts I ordered for my OLD Thule ski racks are just as described.
etrailer has a good selection of discontinued parts that Thule no longer supports, and that is better than spending a ton of cash on new racks that I don't need.
I used these to make a custom kayak rack on my truck's ladder rack. The rectangle washer fit in the T-channel while a carriage bolt collar fit perfectly in the center cut out. Thanks etrailer!
