Adapter foot lets you use the Signature Series fifth-wheel and above-bed gooseneck hitches with Elite Series rails and with factory-installed rails.
Features:

Note: With Signature Series slider, use original OEM installed handles. You will not need to use the handles from this kit.
Because the factory and Elite series rails sit lower under the truck bed than the Signature Series rail kits, this spacer kit is needed to provide clearance for the Signature Series fifth wheel hitches to seat properly in the under-bed rails. Without the spacer kit, the signature series legs would make contact with the truck bed floor before it can reach the rail kit. The Elite Series fifth wheel hitches have the adapter built in. The adapter is only needed when using a Signature Series branded fifth wheel hitch.

I used this kit to modify my 2009 Reese Signature Series hitch to fit in my 2023 F-250 with the ford factory mounts. The wrench that it comes with is extremely handy as regular wrenches won't work..

The parts that were delivered fit perfect however the installation was not as easy as the instructions made it seem. Getting the hitch to fit in the rails required a lot of adjustments to make sure it would fit. Word of advice? Start with the internal knobs as loose as possible then tighten from there. This ensures you don’t over tighten and waste time getting it to fit.

These feet work great with my Signature Series 5th wheel hitch on my 2017 SD.
Easy to install and after minor adjustments they fit in the factory rails like a glove.
Held tight during towing (14000 lb trailer) and hitch removal was a snap.

This product looks good, I have an older Signature series slider hitch that I had in a 2006 F250. I got a 2016 F250 and had to order a new under bed rail kit. Every thing I read about this new kit stated that I needed this foot kit for the signature series hitch so I ordered it along with the under bed rail kit. When I opened the foot package and read the instructions, they stated that the kit was not necessary for the slider hitches. I will have to return this kit for a refund.

The RP58419 kit flawlessly converted my circa 2010 18k Reese Signature Series fifth wheel hitch from the original Signature puck mounting that I had installed in my 2006 F-350 into the OEM Ford prep kit (Reese Elite style) that came in my 2015 F-350. The kit installs easily in about a half hour with basic hand tools. This is simply a foot swap due to the Elite style pucks sitting lower in the bed than the Signature version.

I purchased this kit to adapt my fifth wheel hitch to fit my new ford truck. It worked well with a small modification. I would recommend it to anyone who knows how to use this kit for it's designed use. It worked great for me.

Great Customer service! They were prompt with reaching back with questions. When o placed my order I was informed that the item was no longer in stock, but had substitute part numbers.
