The Sport Rack Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for SportRack Bike Racks and Cargo Carriers part # SR0901 will work out well for your Curt bike rack. This will accomplish the same task as your original bolt keeping movement to a minimum but also allow you to secure the rack to your vehicle.

As long as the diameter of the pins that hold the fifth wheel to the rails is 1/2 inch the part #RP58093 will fit according to Reese. Curt actually has a lock for their 1/2 inch diameter fifth wheel pins as part #C23256 that would be a great option.
