We evaluate RV toilets by how similar they are to a residential style. For weekend RVers, you won't be bothered by missing a few of these features, especially if you tend to rely on the campsite's facilities. If you live in an RV year-round, you're likely to want something that feels just like home. The chart above summarizes our rating. Get the toilet that has the features that matter most to you.

To make sure this toilet fits your RV, measure from the wall to the center of the flange. This rough-in measurement must be at least 11 in order for this toilet to fit.
If you have a toilet already installed, you can measure between the wall and the toilets mounting bolts to get an accurate estimate of where the center of the flange is. An offset flange or a 4-bolt mounted toilet can make this measurement unreliable, so if you are unsure, it might be best to remove the old toilet to get the best measurement.

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at this Lippert Flow-Max RV Toilet. Now this white RV toilet is going to be a great upgrade if you are a full-time adventurer in your RV. And especially if your RV doubles your home, this is going to be a great option for you to consider. The standard height of this toilet is going to match the height of a household toilet.
And while we're here, let me go ahead and give you some overall measurements. So beginning with that height, measuring from the base all the way to the tallest point here, as you can see, lining that up, we are sitting right at 19 and a half inches tall. And then the overall length, we are sitting right at about, right at about 22 inches long. And then the overall width here at the widest point, we're sitting right at about 14 and a half inches wide. And the elongated ceramic bowl and the full size seat again is going to match the design of a residential toilet.
And the ceramic is going to be very long lasting and easy to clean. And this has an enclosed rim that's going to keep the water jets covered to prevent splashes. Now this is going to be a clean rinsing toilet. The pressurized water flows around the entire bowl and it only uses one pint of water per flush. And just a brief closeup here, I wanted to show you that this is going to be a pedal flush and the foot pedal is going to make that flushing fast and easy.
You're just going to push the pedal down halfway to fill the bowl with water before use, and then once it fills up with water, push the pedal down all the way for one to two seconds to flush away that waste. So again, when you push that pedal down all the way, you can see that that valve opens and you'll be able to get rid of the contents of the bowl. This has a simple gravity flush design. This is going to install directly above your black water tank. And this features an easy to close seat and lid.
So as you can see, they're just going to softly close, so you're not gonna have to worry about wear and tear on the seat or on the toilet itself with the lid constantly slamming down, and especially during late night visits, you're not gonna have to worry about accidentally waking up the other folks inside of your RV or camper. Now, I mentioned that the bowl is ceramic, the base is polypropylene, and so this is going to be relatively lightweight but also very durable. This weighs about 31 pounds, and the toilet itself has a maximum weight rating of 400 pounds. This is going to be a two bolt installation, and instructions are included to walk you through the installation process. And that's going to wrap up our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
