I would like to know if you can replace bunk carpet wood rails with the roller rails on a trailer like this 1994 Bayliner Capri 1700 thank you

You can absolutely replace your carpeted rails with roller bunks on a boat trailer. You are going to need either the 4' Roller Bunks # DL21740 or the 5' Roller Bunks # DL21741 along with the Boat Trailer Roller Bunk Brackets # DL21742, of which you'll need 4 to mount a pair of roller bunks. The Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunks like part #DL21740 will add about 2-1/2" from the height of the bunk board. This should really not pose many issues but you may be able to adjust the bolster brackets or swap them out for a lower profile…
