Yes, Curt trailer hitch # C14357 will fit the 2004 Ford F-150 new body style. The recommended ball mount for this hitch is # C45341. It takes a ball with a 1-1/4 inch diameter shank.
And if your truck did not come with a trailer connector you can use # C55551 to add a 4-Way flat to the rear of the vehicle.
