Frames on trailers are typically wider than frames on vehicles and the frame width can differ between trailer manufacturers. From what I can tell it sounds like you are needing a hitch lock to secure your ball mount to your trailer hitch receiver to replace the pin. We do have that, with the right one just depending on the size of your trailer hitch:
