Today were gonna review part number YR8244-105EC. This is a Yates Keel Roller for boat rollers. This keel roller is constructed of a heavy-duty rubber. It is designed to replace the key roller on your boat trailer. This keel roller will ease the loading and unloading of the boat and it does support the bottom of the boat as it sits on the trailer. It will also help to absorb any road shock while the boat is being towed.
It does come with the heavy-duty nylon bushings on both ends. This product is made in the USA and were gonna do a few dimensions on it. Overall length of this is 7 inches. The diameter is 3 . And this is designed to fit on a 8-inch bracket.
It uses a 5/8-inch diameter shaft. That should do it for part number YR8244-105EC.

Discovered the reason why the rubber started spliting several years ago was because the inner steel tubes were rusting out. All rollers with this type of construction should have stainless steel tubes or be self draining as not to trap water inside.
the product was fine. the delivery services not so good. howsoever it is good to know where to get good trailer parts at good prices, even if i have to wait and/or telephone you guys back and forth to get it.

No issues. Excellent products.
Have not installed these on my trailer yet but they appear to be quality items. I wish the large rollers were made with the nylon bushings going all the way through the center instead of just an inch or two from the ends but it is my understanding that most are made this way.
