Today we're going to review part #yr5203-5. This is the Yates spool roller for boat trailers. This roller is constructed of a heavy duty rubber material. This product is made in the USA. This will replace your worn our spool roller on your boat trailer. It does help in the loading and unloading of the boat and it will support the keel of the boat as it sits on the trailer.
This material will also help absorb road shock while the boat is being towed. We're going to do a few measurements on this for you. The length of this roller is 5 inches and the diameter is 3 inches and this roller is designed to fit on a 5 inch wide bracket that uses 5/8 inch diameter shaft. And that will do it for part #yr5203-5.

Previously I had purchased a non-heavy duty roller and it failed quickly. After a year, this heavy duty roller seams to be holding up well.
Roller is of good quality. It is pretty hard so expect it to last some time. Mounted on a trailer for my 14' aluminum.
My rollers I ordered for my boat trailer are just like the ones on the trailer. haven't had time to put them on yet but am well satisfied with them. They came in four days. I am well satisfied with etrailer product and service.
