  Yes, we do have the rod shaft that mounts a keel roller to a boat trailer. • Replacement 11-3/8 Inch Long Keel Roller for a Boat Trailer
  With 12 inch keel rollers, such as # YR12244-125EC for example, they aren't actually 12 inches long. They fit 12 inch wide brackets. Just the rubber part of this roller for example is approximately 11-3/8 inches. Overall it is 11-3/4 inches long. So it is kind of like a 2 x 4 which is neither 2 inches nor 4 inches. The other option is to replace the roller and mounting bracket together using an assembly such as # CE10455G. I have linked videos of both of these parts for you.

  The CE Smith Side Angle Mounting Brackets for Boat Trailer Rollers # CE10211G that you referenced is designed to be used on rollers designed for 1/2 inch diameter shafts. I did a little searching and it looks like the Stoltz is designed for a 5/8 inch shaft. You could use a 1/2 shaft with that roller though and it would be compatible with the # CE10211G. For a similar 12 inch roller that we carry you could get the Boat Trailer 12 inch Long Keel Roller # DL21728.

  The Fulton boat guide # FGB1500100 will help you determine where the center of the trailer is and then you aim for the middle between the 2 guides. Otherwise it does nothing to physically center the boat. The rollers on the boat trailer, specifically the keel roller, such as # DL21728 would help to center the boat if it came onto the trailer a little off center.
