Provider Radials with Automotive-Grade Tread
Unlike standard trailer tire tread, which has solid, continuous ribs, the automotive-grade tread on these Provider radials has ribs with breaks. These breaks allow water to run off to the sides. The Provider tread also has sipes. Siping is a process in which thin grooves (or sipes) are cut into the rubber of the tire. The grooves channel water away from the tread so that the tire makes better contact with the road. Both of these features greatly improve traction during wet, snowy, or icy conditions.
Provider radials are constructed with double polyester cords and double steel belts for increased durability and endurance. A protective layer of nylon is wrapped around the steel belts to help prevent tread separation. Provider radials are bake tested - a process usually reserved for automotive tires - to ensure that the rubber holds up over time.
Radial Tires vs. Bias Tires
Radial ply tires are designed for trailers that are towed on the highway. The cords on a radial tire are positioned at a 90-degree angle to the direction of travel so that they lay across the width of the tire from wheel lip to wheel lip. This construction prevents the cords from rubbing against one another when the tire flexes, unlike the cords on a bias ply tire. As a result, radial tires have less rolling resistance and heat buildup, which leads to a longer tread life and improved steering at higher speeds.

I ordered (2) of these Taskmaster tires for my 5th wheel camper and they arrived at a very impressive delivery of four business days. WOW!!
Not too happy about the Mfr. date stamped on both tires (2014). All trailer Mfrs. recommend replacing trailer tires after 7 years of date stamped on sidewall which means that these tires have approx. 2/3 of life left. Trailer tires are notorious for dry rot and split sidewalls which usually starts to show at 6 to 7 years of date stamped. So that means that I have approx. 4 years of use. Not pleased after spending that much on each. It was very obvious that these tires were sitting in a warehouse for a very long period with the amount of dust and dirt that covered them. The UPS driver was filthy and not happy from handling them as was I.
I spoke with a Rep at etrailer.com BEFORE ordering and requested that they PLEASE check the date stamp for current tires and she assured me that they would. That's the advantage of buying locally. You can check the date on each tire before purchase or mounting. I haven't mounted them and haven't checked the cost to ship back. The shame is that the tires seem very well made and of extremely good quality.
Just not sure what to do. Thank you, One unhappy camper.

Finally got the tires mounted and installed, they look like a pretty good tire, only time tell. Mounted on a triple axle trailer that is tough on the front axle tires. Put these on the middle axle to start with to see how they wear. etrailer was great for shopping and they were shipped out FAST. Thanks Guys

About a year ago, after several days of internet search, I purchased the Taskmaster ST235/80R16 tires for my fifth wheel trailer. I tow this fifth wheel 5,000 to 8,000 miles annually and wanted to equip it with the best tires available. Most of the “E” rated tires available for my fifth wheel were “speed rated” for 65 miles per hour and I was looking for more. The TTWTRTM2358016E tires that I purchased are speed rated for 75 miles per hour. So far I have put 5,000 trouble-free miles on these tires and I’m very satisfied. I highly recommend these tires! I also recommend that you install a tire monitoring system on each trailer tire!

No problems with this tire. The Kenda tire I just ordered two months ago, however, has two pinholes in the sidewall. Should have checked immediately after installing as now I have to go through manufacturer.

Purchased this tire as a spare for my equipment trailer. Received it in only 3 days. Manufacturer date code was 9th week of 2021. Unprecedented to get a tire that hasn't been sitting in a warehouse somewhere for years. Very pleased.

I was skeptical at first of these tires being a brand I've never heard of so I only ordered two to start with. The tires seemed well made and had a higher speed rating that I was looking for. After running the two for part of a season on my 12k pound 5th wheel with no problems I ordered the other two. I would have to say for the money I couldn't be more happy! I definitely recommend these tires to anyone and have had zero problems with them running 75mph down the interstate! Thanks guys for the quality tires!

I bought 4 of these tires to put on a 24 ft equipment trailer i haul a tractor and bush hog on. I purchased these tires for the load and speed rating as I traversed 210 miles of interstate highway at higher speed than other tires recommended. These tires have performed wonderfully and have excellent tread wear. I am more than pleased with these tires and have a peace of mind when moving equipment or other loads over distance at highway speeds. I will buy products from your company again as I have need. These tires have been reliable over the past year. Have several long trips and many short trips on them so far. They track nicely. Dont get overly hot. For the price and not being made in U.S.A. they are a good tire. My fifth wheel is appox. 12000 lbs dry. These handle the weight well.

The tires just arrived, not installed yet. At any rate, they look good and were delivered promptly, and the website is very user friendly. Excellent communication, and it was nice to have the tracking numbers. Made in China, not my preference, but sometimes you don't have a choice. Most of the previous items I've bought from etrailer are made in USA, so I feel like they are making an effort. These tires will replace the 10 year old weather checked ones that are original.

I received these tires (4) in good condition and was pleased with how quickly I got them. Checked the DOT code on them which was 2017 so they haven't been sitting in warehouses for too long. They are the exact size as required on my 2006 Montana fifth wheel 35'. Haven't had them mounted yet so I can't give a review on the ride and wear quality.
They have a deep tread and appear well built.

I ordered 4 tires for my fifth wheel camper on Monday and they were received on Wednesday. You can't do better than that! Your sales folks were very helpful in taking the time to educate me on which tires were best for my camper. I experienced two flats on one trip about three weeks ago and wanted to make sure I was getting the best product for my money.
As far as the product goes, I have not had a chance to put the tires on my rims as my trailer is in the shop being repaired as a result of the flats.

Installed these two tires and used them for approx 1 year 1,400 miles up until I sold my trailer, and they held up well. I will most likely never buy tires again online without certification of manufactured date, and a guaranteed free return if not current dated tires. The two tires I received were already 3 years old.
