The best solution I have for you is the part # TTWTRTM2358016E that has a weight capacity of 3,520 lbs when inflated to 80 psi. This would slightly more than your 7k axle rating, but since I cannot recommend you exceed your axle rating this would work well for you as long as you stay under it.

What else I really like about this tire is that it is rated for up to 81 mph and most trailer tires are only rated for 65.

Be sure to keep the tires inflated to their max pressure, keep it under the speed limit, and don't exceed the weight capacity for the trailer and you would be just fine.
