Easy to install and functioned perfectly. Customer has been utilizing it for a year and still raves about it.
Thank you

Pros: Works better than I anticipated. Looks great and has better ground clearance than the stock scissor-jack stabilizers.

Cons: Installation instructions/documentation weak or non-existent. If all of the instructions, wiring diagrams and documentation were in one place on the web page under a separate tab rather than having to dig through the reviews and the Q & A’s, I would have given this a 5 star rating.

I ordered the LCI Power Stabilizer Jacks with the white switch Kit (LC369774) because I wanted the switches mounted in the camper wall so they would be better protected than if they were mounted in the flimsy fender skirts of my camper. I also needed the bolt-on spacer kit (LC673594) for both the front and rear jacks to clear a propane line that runs along the length of the frame. Installation was relatively easy, although there are NO instructions on how to install the spacers kits; the video on etrailer.com was no help whatsoever with the installation. I bolted the jack mount brackets to the shorter side of the spacers using carriage bolts and flange nuts; the slotted holes in the spacers accepted the carriage bolts, aligned perfectly with the holes in the jack mounts, and allowed me to install them without having to try to fit a wrench inside. Then it was just a matter of drilling holes in the frame at the appropriate spacing for flange bolts/nuts through the slotted holes on the end of spacers. I was very pleased with how the switches and the switch compartments looked once installed. Again, though, it took lots of digging to find the wiring diagram and then the matrix for the switch wire colors, because the wires on the white switch are colored differently than the black switch that all of the diagrams show. Also, it states on the jack installation instruction sheet that the power must be a minimum of 10 gauge wire (AWG-10), but nowhere on the wiring diagram does it say anything about that. AWG-10 is a MUST because of the way current drops over a distance. In the case of my camper, it is a 30 foot run which requires that gauge of wire for 20 AMPs.

1 Year Follow-up: The stabilizer jacks are great. We made a six-week, 22-stop, 8000-mile around-the-country trip and the jacks performed flawlessly. Setting up and breaking camp were completed easier and quicker. The only issue I have had is that the extend/retract switches will occasionally stick in the on position, so I just have to watch and make sure they turn back off. I would definitely recommend the jacks to anyone looking to make their camping experience easier.

This stabilizer works very well. I replaced the original Lippert unit on my 2008 5th wheel as the parts I needed were no longer available. The original Lippert unit worked great until some idiot in a drunken stupor decided to move it with the stabilizer in the “down” position. I probably won’t do that again anytime soon. DOH!!!

Still works perfect. Seriously, a great product!

by:

This unit works so much better than the previous unit originally installed on the trailer during its manufacturing. As its title states, it is high speed compared to the previous jack. It is self leveling, a big improvement over the older unit.

Working great after a year. Highly recommend this product.

by:

The product is perfect. Added it to a fifth wheel that was a bit shaky with the Lippert 2.0 auto level system. Easily 90% better. Shipping errors from Lippert and a long back order time gap cost a star on the rating. When it finally arrived the white switch was black (no big deal, new install so I could just move to the skirt). It was also missing the weather guard switch box, which etrailer had Lippert ship to me at no charge. I had noted the black switch and was clear it was okay as long as the box was black as well. I had mounted the switch in the skirt (needed the jack) and would only need to enlarge the cutout and re-wire when the box came in. It arrived today, white of course to match the switch that was supposed to be white but arrived black. Silver lining is that the switch is far better than the old styles and is sealed, so I will leave as is.

by:

Excellent product. Arrived on time. Easy to install. The trailer I installed it on was a 2018 Cedar Creek Silverback 41.5 ft. The frame was at the products maximum width It did just fit and as a stabilizer jack worked well. Stopped the back of the trailer from moving. If the factory could make this unit a couple of inches wider that would be good. Like I said it does fit and works well.

by:

This was a replacement for our damaged rear stabilizer legs. Installation for me was 30 minutes; the holes lined up and only 2 connections required for my existing switch. My old stabilizer was a Lippert as well, but the motor on this one sounds healthier and seems slightly faster.
If you don’t already have a similar system, understand that this is not intended to lift or level your RV. Once you get it leveled, drop these legs to “plant” the bag and reduce wobbling and movement. I use manual scissor jacks to level. And always place this last when setting up and take them up first when closing up. I took my scissor jacks out before raising these legs the last time we moved and these are not strong enough to hold the weight of our large 5th wheel, so one of the legs and the frame buckled, hence the replacement.

by:

Product just as advertised, works great and thanks for the quick shipping. Will continue to make etrailer my first choice when in need of parts.

Still doing the job

by:

Ordered the rear electric jacks for my fifth wheel toy hauler on Saturday and they were delivered the following Tuesday !!! It took less than a hour to install them, They fit perfectly !! Most of that time was removing the old ones !! The only issue I had was that they only supplied 4 bolts to put the new jack up with and there were 4 holes per side. Was not comfortable with 2 bolts per side. Great company to deal with and I will continue to order parts for my fifth wheel in the future !! Nice job guys !!

by:

After using the 6k lbs for my 14k fifth wheel for a year, I can honestly say there are no issues or complaints. Wife is a travel nurse and we live in our trailer. It does an amazing job of stabilizing the rear end of the trailer.

by:

Jack worked well. Dimensions different than original even though I ordered by part number so I had to redrill frame etc…. To mount.

by:

This is a Great Stabilizer, well worth the money! Thanks for a Great Product!

The Best,it really makes life easier and stabilizes the camper,Thanks

by:

I received it early. Thank you. I am unable to find a wiring diagram. I was told there would be one. The wiring to hook up the switch is very short. It is only one foot. I thought it would be at least 18 inches. I am putting this switch box on the out side of trailer. I do not want to spice the wire.

by:

I would have liked an option to select a black switch but I can use the old seitch

The motor needs a bit more torque. Not as stable as I thought it would be

by:

Very pleased to order stabilizer for our fifth wheel while on the road and it arrived the third business day. WOW! The rep at eTrailer was well informed on product and understood quickly and I felt assured our product would be ordered and delivered quickly. On the road and able to get back on the road quickly was awesome. VRC

by:

This was the easiest install of a product that I have ever bought. It bolted right up to the brackets under my Cougar XLite 33RES with no problem. Hooked up the power and within 30 minutes I have working stabilizer. I will purchase another one for the back within the month. I cannot say enough about this experience.

by:

I think this company has extra ordinary customer service i order this part which came damaged, package was damaged and parts missing I go follow up email to see my satisfaction i explained what happened and sent pictures a week later a bran new one was at my door Great service highly recommend them

by:

Purchased as a replacement for another electric set. The new jacks operate differently and automatically adjust for uneven ground. Also operates much faster than the old one. Same mounting as old one.

by:

Replaced a damaged stabilizer with this new one. So much faster and quieter. Will replace the other one once needed with this one. As always fast shipping and in stock. Thank you

by:

Product raises and lowers as promised. Very stable. Had to reach out to customer service and they were prompt and satisfying with the response. Will definitely order with e-trailer again.

by:

This was a direct replacement for the damaged jack. It was an easy bolt on unit and has been working great for several cycles.

by:

I bought this to replace one that was damaged when I forgot to raise it up before leaving the camp site. What an idiot! New one was easy to install by myself with a minimum of hand tools. Saved me a bundle.

by:

Every aspect of this purchase was a great experience. The Lippert stabilizer I purchased was exactly as advertised and shipping was ahead of schedule.

by:

Received product exactly as ordered. Nothing missing. No Damage. Shipping was free and product arrived in 3 days. Can't ask for better than that. Installed the part same day received, works perfectly. Etrailer always has great prices and the product I need. Will use them again if needed.

by:

Amazing how fast these guys deliver. Product looks great and is exactly as described. Have yet to install it on the back of the trailer, but should work as expected.

The Lippert Ground Control jacks use Hall Effect motors that are meant to be used as part of that complete automatic leveling system but we do have powered jacks and powered stabilizers that can give you similar powered leveling. • Troubleshooting A Lippert Stabilizer Jack That Is Binding Up When Extending
There are a couple of possibilities why your Lippert Stabilizer Jack 113407 is binding up and not functioning as intended. One possibility that is fairly common is your battery not having enough charge to properly operate the jacks. You'll want to take a multimeter # PT29ZR to your battery and ensure you're getting at least 12.5V. If you are not, I recommend charging your battery for at least a day and checking again.
