Troubleshooting A Lippert Stabilizer Jack That Is Binding Up When Extending
Question:
I have Model 113407 Electric stabilizer jack on my Travel Trailer. When putting it down it seems to bind up... looking further at it the left drivers side goes down but as it goes it like pulls the motor in so then when the right passenger.... TT door side it binds on the motor until it flips the foot pad down and then goes all the way down. It looks like there is a two part track. Thoughts on it? as well as a fix? Does not seem to be like screwed or bolted together.

There are a couple of possibilities why your Lippert Stabilizer Jack 113407 is binding up and not functioning as intended.
One possibility that is fairly common is your battery not having enough charge to properly operate the jacks. You'll want to take a multimeter # PT29ZR to your battery and ensure you're getting at least 12.5V. If you are not, I recommend charging your battery for at least a day and checking again.
The next thing to check, that is also fairly common is wiring issues. Thoroughly inspect your wiring connections for kinks, frays or breaks, and go ahead and do the same for your ground connections. Ensure that your ground connections are not dirty or corroded, and that the ground is secured tightly to a clean bare metal surface.
Finally I recommend inspecting some of mechanical components like the screw that turns and makes the legs raise and lower, as well as the pivot points as if something is stuck in there causing this to bind up, that may also be the issue.
If all that checks out, and you're still at a loss, it might be a good idea to go ahead and upgrade your system
The direct upgrade for your system is the Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack - White Switch Kit # LC369774.
This system has 30" of lift, measures 78" long, 20" wide, 4-3/4" tall, and includes the new motor that operates 2x faster than the older models.
