Today we're going to take a look at the Ark dropdown 30 inch long corner stabilizer jacks, quantity of two. Now this stabilizer kit will come with all the necessary equipment to help minimize chassis movement in your camper or trailer. It does include the two jacks and the winding handle. Now these are corner stabilizer jacks. So they help keep your chassis secure. They do use a twin pin locking swivel bracket with a multi positioning plate that offers many different angles for the leg and just by using this fold away large grip handle, gives you a nice comfortable and easily swiveling of the jack leg.
It pulls out the two pins so you can see right here if we pull out the two pins, it'll allow it to swivel into whatever position you need and again, there's multiple positions. If you pull it again to release it, you can turn it all the way to when it's fully raised up on your trailer and then to release it just pull on the two pins and that'll let you release it and put it into what position you need. Now, it also has these nice large load bearing feet that are ideal for soft ground and they swivel to accommodate different terrain. The foot plate does measure about six inches by six inches and when it's fully retracted it will stay up in the locked position. Now the winding handle, it is made for extending or retracting the jack leg very simple. All you have to do is put it onto the head right there.
It's a three quarter inch size head and then just by twisting this you can raise it, extend it to whatever height you need or rotate it the other way and it'll retract it to whatever height you need. Now fully extended, it's going to be 30 inches. The retracted height is going to be 19 inches. They do use heavy duty brackets up at the top here and the hardware for installation and this whole part has a nice inaudible 00:02:00 finish to it to provide corrosion resistance. One last note on these.
These are stabilizer jacks. They are not designed to do any lifting of weight. They are only to be used to stabilize your camper or trailer. But that should do it for the review on the Ark dropdown 30 inch long corner stabilizer jacks for a quantity of two.

Minimize chassis movement in your camper with this stabilizer kit. Corner steadies have locking swivel brackets and large grip handles for easy swiveling. Large, flat, load-bearing feet are ideal for soft ground. Winding handle included. The stabilizer jack is rugged and durable and does a great job of stabilizing my camping trailer. I use the manual hand crank but it takes a lot of turns to crank it up and down. I plan on getting an adapter for my battery operated drill to use instead of the hand crank.
The stabilizers look pretty good and seem to function pretty well. Unfortunately, the packaging they arrived in was insufficient as the foot had damaged the "anti-rattle sticker" pretty badly on the leg. They must have been banged around pretty hard in shipping. Some packing material (extra cardboard) would probably go a long way.
Awesome service! Great stabilizer jacks! Good quality and easy to install
Received product today, looks good. Great service!
etrailer always has the products I need or want. They also do a great job shipping them in a faster time than expected.
Great sturdy jack, quick up and down, however I don’t recall reading where this is a weld on product. That was a little bit of a let down.
leg not quite as stout as I would like but they will suffice,
Very high quality product!
Great product
Works perfectly to level my off road trailer/camper. Gives my camper a solid footing on any terrain. Easy to mount and operate. They fold up tightly against the frame and don't affect ground clearance whatsoever. Would buy again.
The box was a little beat up but, after all they are heavy steel parts and they are trying to keep the weight down for shipping coasts. The stabilizers were in great shape. I liked that the mounting brackets are removable and made it convenient to weld in place. The brackets could be bolted on but, you would have to countersink the bolts as there is about 1/8" clearance between the bracket and stabilizer body. I'm very happy with them and would recommend them. I would like to have etrailer show all the dimensions and capacities.
Replaced flimsy rusting scissor stabilizers w weldable mount Ark 24” Stabilizer, made paper templates for old mounting holes using center punch and drill press for the plates then replaced 5/16” bolts with 5/16”x 31/2” bail hitch pins for removing for boondocking on the washboard roads as they are heavy duty & mounted on an ATC aluminum trailer frame. Well built and beefy the zinc plated steel is better than powder coated sheet metal for rust control and a better looking rig
Product works great. Any 3/4 inch socket can raise and lower the jack. Fully adjustable from vertical to ground to perpendicular and many stops in between. They can rotate to work on left or right side. I drilled and bolted them on. No problem.
We mounted ours above the frame and love that we can take our camper into the woods on bad roads and never have to wonder if our rear jacks will still be there when we get ready to set up! We’ve had ours on for a year now and highly recommend.
I put the jacks on an over lander trailer I built to be pulled by my Atv. The jacks worked excellent to prevent side to side movement.
I've built my 6X12 enclosed utility trailer for hauling my motorcycle, and camping in it when out riding. Replaced the rear jacks with the cheapest thing I could find after ripping them off once. Decided it was time for some quality replacements, and saw these ARK units on etrailer.
Worth every penny when I opened the box.
Made a project day out of the install and I am very happy now. Welded on the brackets (supplied) and found that I don't even need a tire jack for the trailer anymore. These lift the trailer wheel completely off the ground if needed.
Heading to Death Valley next month to try them out in the field.
Thank you etrailer once again.
Love these stabilizer jacks. The only thing I wish is it was able to lift and not just stabilize. It would be nice for changing tires on my small off road trailer.
I haven’t installed them yet, but the fit looks great. I assumed that weld in meant a permanent thing. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have a weld in bracket that the stabilizer connects to with bolts. I will be ordering 2 more this week for the front.
