Erickson E-Track - EM59136

  • E-Track Straps
  • 12 Feet Long
  • 1000 lbs
  • Erickson
  • 2 Inch Wide

The ends of this blue logistical strap from Erickson are designed to fit into the vertical or horizontal e track on your trailer. Ratcheting buckle tightens and locks strap in place to secure whatever you are carrying. 3,500 lbs Max load.

Features:

  • Blue polyester strap comes with e track ends
    • e track (sold separately) mounts in trailer along walls or floor to provide secure, adjustable tie-down points
    • Ratchet strap attaches to e track to secure loads
  • Ratchet tightens tie-down strap to secure your cargo in place

Specs:

  • Strap dimensions: 12' long x 2" wide
  • Maximum load (break strength): 3,500 lbs
  • Safe working load limit (WLL): 1,165 lbs
  • 90-Day limited warranty

Note: Tie-down straps must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the straps being used. For example, if you are using straps with a WLL of 500 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 1,000 lbs, then you need at least 2 straps to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use straps in pairs.

Work great to secure my 4 wheel side-by-side with e-track strips and wheel chocks.

by:

Love the way these strap work. First time using them over conventional hook straps. We is them in our quad/snowmobiling/work trailer to fasten down gas can, chair and removable Gladiator work cabinet. The fact you can lock them in, loosen them and leave hanging in the case of the chair and cabinet makes it easy to refasten and go back in the same location

by:

eTrailer is my go to place for all my trailer needs. Their products are top notch, customer service is spectacular and shipping is very fast. George and his eTrailer family are all great to deal with and highly informative as to their product line. If eTrailer doesn’t have you probably don’t need it !!!

by:

I haul live bait on a galvanized trailer. The e-track system is ideal for my application. The salt water doesn't affect anything and works great. I also use it to secure UTVS. I couldn't be more happy with the products and the service.

by:

Nice, strong construction of the chocks, but the paint doesn't seem durable. Rachets and track appear to be good quality

by:

Still working great

by:

Great straps combined with e track and removable chocks. Highly recommended.

by:

Excellent, when tighten down over the center of the tires and placed in the track as close as possible to the tires they do not loosen or allow the Polaris Ranger 900 Crew to shift or move at all.
Great for short day trips and long several day trips.

by:

These work great to secure items to the sides of my trailer.

by:

Makes proper tie down simple and logical

by:

These will do the job splendidly!

by:

This tie down system is the greatest. I have used similar systems in the military to secure cargo on aircraft. No ropes to tie, no stretch web straps and ratchet winches that are easy to use are great reasons to utilize this product. This product is one of the best for making sure your cargo stays in place.

This product has continued to be everything I originally stated and everyone that has seen my application agrees that this works great!

by:

Excellent products. Ordered on a Tuesday and in less than 24 hrs it was on my doorstep 2 states away with standard shipping!!

by:

Excellent product. We will be ordering from etrailer in the future!

by:

This is just what I need. It was hard to find e-track straps with short attached ends. Also, I was using cam-lock straps and I much prefer the ratchet straps. I am using these straps to secure PA equipment in my box trailer.

Still a perfect fit for me!

by:

They work very well along with two wheel chokes.

by:

Works very well. Have used on at least 30 trips. It would be nice if there was a little more contrast on the center stitch, but that would not stop me from buying them again.

by:

We repair furniture, at times we have to go out and bring it back to the shop. On our truck we have the erickson E track Strap and other brands of straps. While transporting a china and hutch we went over a set of R R tracks and we herd a loud noise. We pulled to the side of the road and looked in the back. We had two straps on the china one off brand and one erickson . The off brand had completely bent and pulled wright out the the E track. The erickson held. Great product. Thanks.

by:

I have etrack mounted on the floor of my enclosed trailer, I used it to strap down my SXS. It onlt take 5 minuutes, and I'm ready to go. In the year I've used this system It's been fantastic. Before etrack I was using store bought straps, attached to the frame or suspension, they were always coming lose. Fantastic product.

by:

These work excellent for tying down racecars in the trailer. We love them because the car rides on its own suspension and we don't have to worry about bending chassis parts since this goes around the tire.

Be sure to strap them down TIGHT!!! with these so they don't slip off... you can't hurt the tire.

by:

After being back ordered for several weeks the e-track and other items arrived. I was kept informed of the process during this period and all was excellent. Can’t say enough about the customer service provided.
Just installing the track now and the tie downs look to be just as I expected. Will use soon.

by:

my first time to install and use E-track and accessories and am very happy with the quality of the product. our cargo trailer is used for hauling mostly antiques and furniture we intend to use this tie off ring to connect our existing straps which do not have the required end track fittings.
the picture shows using new straps also purchased.

by:

I have an F-150 with the Box link system in the bed from Ford. This gives you 4 E Track locations in the bed. This Erickson ratcheting straps are perfect for my needs they fit great in my OEM Ford location. They are well made the straps held up good going over rail road tracks and in a light rain storm. If you own a Ford and are looking for straps that work with the box link look no further!

by:

This E-Track (and E-Track straps) was installed on the wall of my box trailer to secure a rolling took chest. It has performed flawlessly. Thanks again etrailer, for a great product.

by:

I did not have much luck with these. The connectors seem too weak for the pull strength of the ratchet and thickness of the strap. Might work out OK in cases where it's guaranteed there will be no lateral forces, only pulling directly up away from the track. Ratchets were difficult to open/unlock also, sticky and jammy.

  • Recommended Solution for Tie Downs on Floor of Suretrac Aluminum Trailer
I do have a solution for you, but I think welding something to the floor is going to really limit where you can place things to have them tied down. I don't think you're going to be able to get away from the issue with galvanic corrosion since most tie downs are going to be steel, you can still use a steel system on the aluminum floor as long as there is some sort of barrier between the two surfaces-rubber, plastic, wood, etc.. With all of that said, I've got 2 options for you to consider....

  • Can the Erickson ATV E-Track Tie-Down Kit EM09160 Wheel Chocks Be Split Across Axles
Instead of splitting the wheel chocks and straps of one Erickson ATV E-Track Tie-Down Kit # EM09160 across the ATV's two axles I suggest using two kits. The modest price of this Erickson tie-down kit means using two will not cost too much, but doing so will not only provide a much bigger safety margin relative to the weight of your ATV, but also allow that at other times when you're using the trailer for standard cargo items you will have multiple attachment points you can use along with...

  • Which Way Should E-Tracks be Mounted to Secure Dirt Bikes in a 5' x 10' Trailer?
The Erickson Horizontal E-Track # E19148 can actually be mounted either way. For your setup, however, I suggest going widthwise. This way you can mount the dirt bikes side by side while strapping all the fronts along the same track as well as all the rears along another track. This will be the most stabile way to load all the bikes. If you do not already have some tie down straps, the Erickson E-Track Strap with Ratchet # EM59136 will secure everything very nicely. These are 12 feet long...

  • Using Erickson Roller Idler Along with E-Track Tie Down Ring
The Erickson E-Track Tie Down Ring # 59147 that you mentioned will work very nicely along with the Erickson Roller Idler # EM09144. This tie down ring has a Safe Working Load Limit of 2,000 pounds and a 6,000 pound capacity. As you referenced in your question, when using this with the Roller Idler that will act as an anchor point, the strap will then be fed through the ratchet and run more parallel to the E-track. This will not affect the weight capacity of the Tie Down Ring. I confirmed...

  • Availability of E-Chock Wheel Chocks and E-Track Strap for Honda SXS With 32 Inch Tires
While we do have separate E-Chocks available like the # EM09162, they require E-Track rails like the # e65VR. Unfortunately, the E-chocks with the E-track slots are only available with the # EM98CV tie-down kit. There is also no way to substitute the straps in the kit. We do have longer straps available like the Erickson E-Track Strap with Ratchet # EM59136. This strap is 12' long x 2" wide and has a safe working load limit of 1,165 lbs.

  • E-Track Ratchet Straps to Secure Various Diameter Pipes in an Enclosed Cargo Trailer
The Erickson ratchet strap # EM59136 would be a good option. This strap is 12 feet long and 2 inches wide. I have linked a video review for you to check out to the right. There is also an 8 foot version, # SLLS28RER, 16 foot version, # EM59139, and 20 foot version, # EM59140. What I would do is ratchet strap each bundle with a regular ratchet strap such as # EM34420. Then I would secure them against the trailer using the E-track and E-Track ratchet straps.

  • Using The E-Track Trailer Cargo Control # EM59150 On Trailer To Secure ATVs and Motorcycles
Installing the E-Track Trailer Cargo Control, part # EM59150, would work well to strap down your ATVs and motorcycles on your V-nose trailer. You could mount the E-Track sideways or perpendicular to the trailer frame over the floor as you described. The E-Track can also be mounted on the wall of trailers, so perhaps you could mount the track for the ATVs on the floor towards the front of the trailer. Then you could mount track on the trailer walls for the motorcycles or on the floor as...

You could put some Horizontal E-Track like part # E19148 in-line with the direction of travel and do a kind of criss-cross pattern over your ATV with straps like part # EM59136 to help secure it, but Erickson does not recommend securing the load only using a straps that are not with the direction of travel. • Are the Erickson Horizontal E-Tracks Strong Enough for a 5,000 lb Vehicle
Yes, the Erickson Horizontal E-Track part # E19148 will be plenty strong enough to secure your two rock crawler buggies. The tracks are each rated at 6,000 lbs max break strength and 2,000 working load limit. I assume you would have a track under each wheel so these figures would then be doubled. With that in mind, the weight capacity of these tracks in is regards to pull strength. The full weight of the vehicle should never be directly pulling on the tracks unless you were to hang them...

  • Mounting E-Tracks in Enclosed Trailer
There needs to be some type of strong structural component on your trailer where you want to mount the Erickson Horizontal E-Track # EM59150. There is nothing that I can recommend which will ensure they will be strong enough unless your trailer has the proper place to mount the tracks. You may want to consider putting the E-track on the floor and then using Erickson E-Chock Wheel Chock for E-Track # EM09162 and ratcheting straps such as # EM59136.

If you were to solely use the E-Track equipment your motor would just be suspended in the air and would swing back and forth with the tie-downs.
