Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the LaSalle Bristol medium black ABS Cement in this eight ounce can. Now this solvent cement is specially formulated to bond rigid ABS pipe and fittings in all classes, schedules and fittings. This is a low VOC fast-set cement that can be used to solid weld ABS pipe and fittings up to eight inches in diameter with an interference fit. Set time on this is about 30 minutes.
This is a medium-bodied cement which is widely used for drain waste and vent systems, conduit and sewer applications. This is a black color and if you notice, it is in an eight ounce can with an in-lid brush. So when you open this can and unscrew the lid, it'll have a brush on it to help apply the cement. Was hard to find ABS stuff anywhere else (big boxes). For some reason they only stock PVC now. Etrailer had everything I needed for a waste valve replacement

- Will Valterra Sewer Elbow Work with LaSalle Bristol Valve?If your LaSalle-Bristol valve is similar to part # 34466N3AR and has a 3" flange diameter, the Valterra RV Sewer Elbow # T1035 will work for you. The brand isn't so much important as finding the correct sized fitting. You'll need some ABS solvent like # 3447530889 to make sure there is a secure connection. If your LaSalle Bristol valve has a different diameter, let me know what size and I can recommend an alternate replacement
