Will the Bolt Pattern on My Black Water Wastve Valve Matter When Choosing a Replacement

Question:

Are all the bolt patterns the same on different brands of waste valves? I like the LaSalle Bristol Cable-Actuated RV Waste Valve for Black Water Tank - Spigot to Hub - 48inch Cable Item # 34466N4AB48GMA but, the Valterra Waste Valve Body w/ Flexible Cable for RV Black Water Tank - 72 Item # TC372 would actually be a better replacement for my broken valve. Thanks.

Typically it's not going to matter since the bolts are just used to hold the valve body together, so the bolts holding your current waste valve together won't matter.

If you waned to use the LaSalle Bristol Cable-Actuated RV Waste Valve for Black Water Tank - Spigot to Hub - 48" Cable # 34466N4AB48GMA you'd just want to cut off your old waste valve and slide the LaSalle on; you'd want to secure it with some ABS Solvent # 3447530889, but going this direction it wouldn't matter what your old unit had on it since you'd be replacing it completely.

If the Valterra Waste Valve Body w/ Flexible Cable for RV Black Water Tank - 72" # TC372 is a better replacement then you could also use it.
