Today we're going to take at look at the Valterra 3" straight drain hose coupler. Now, this is a black hard plastic construction, this is used to connect two 3" hoses together. A few dimensions on this, the internal diameter is 2-7/8", the overall length one end to the other is 3-1/2". But that should do it for the review on the Valterra 3" straight drain hose coupler.

My grey and black sewer lines were damaged after being forced onto the interstate shoulder by a semi. I tried to replace the ABS pipes from local HW stores to no avail.A After five minutes on the phone to etrailer I not only found all of the components but they shipped them out right away. I am very happy with both the products and the customer service.

Just what I wanted. I was repairing my septic tank I installed a 3 inch black pipe into the tank and I needed a black pipe to fit inside this pipe which I found out they don't make. so this fitting worked just fine.

- What Size Straight Coupler is Needed for Repairing RV Sewer System with 1-1/2-Inch Pipes We do have a straight coupler that connects 1-1/2 inch diameter pipes, # D50-2933. This coupler does not slide inside the pipes, but rather slides over the pipes to connect them. The connection can be secured with ABS solvent bond, sold separately, # A05-0303.

- Can Sewer Hose in Lippert Waste Master System be Trimmed Down ShorterA sewer hose that is too long is an annoyance. One that is too short makes for a mess! It is possible to trim the hose down, remove the parts inside of the end that you cut, then use some solvent, # A05-0303, to "glue" the now shorter hose inside of the one end. Or you could cut a section out from the middle of the hose and use a coupler such as # F02-2025BK with the solvent above to secure both ends into the coupler. If you always need the same length hose then this is a viable option....
