All items arrived, except for one missing bolt for the Electric Jack. Additionally, the wheels arrived with numerous scratches on the surface of the mag wheels, indicating they were not adequately packaged. Proper protective material should have been placed over the wheels to prevent them from moving and getting scratched inside the packaging. I am going out of town or I would have had them replaced.

Product showed up on time as promised.

This is almost all of what's needed to install the Autowbrake. I rated 5 stars because the essentials are there, and provide guides when running to the hardware store to buy more ring terminals. The box itself is well built. I didn't use any of the weather-tight crimp connectors. The lack of mounting screws I can understand, because different ones are needed for mounting on metal than wood. I used 1.5" long self-tapping metal screws to mount onto my trailer's tongue.

This box has plenty of room to mount the Autowbrake wiring and the wiring from two 7 way cables. I chopped off the existing 7 way plug and purchased a new plug/cable to have enough wire for installation.

Good kit, but maybe some more ring terminals instead of the weather tight crimp connectors would be nice.

etrailer is an amazing company. This was the very first time I placed an order with etrailer and it was way above and beyond my expectations. Everything I needed for my trailer was in stock. I placed my order on a Sunday night and it was shipped for FREE the following day. My order was delivered 4 days later in excellent condition with the correct items that I ordered. It was easy to track my order from the warehouse to my front door from the shipping email that I received from etrailer. Thanks for the great experience! You will always have my business!! God Bless!

  • Junction Box and 10 Wiring Pigtail Availability
We do have a separate Junction Box # 3430001-JBK you can combine with the Hopkins 7-Way Molded Trailer Wire Connector # HM20048. This harness is 11' long which will give you approximately 10' of cord outside the junction box.

  • Installation Kit For Autowbrake Electric Brake Controller
The Autowbrake # 3430001 installs on the trailer side so you would generally just utilize the 7 way plug already on the trailer. We do recommend using a junction box to connect the Autowbrake wiring harness. We actually make an installation kit specifically for this purpose with part # 3430001-JBK. This will include everything you need for installation.

  • Trailer Wiring Recommendation for 4-Way Wishbone Replacement on 1997 Car Hauler
For a standard wishbone harness that carries the trailer light functions I recommend the 25 Ft 4-Way Trailer Wiring Harness # A25W2GWB. This has 2 different leads for both the running and ground functions so you can easily route those down each side of your trailer. If your trailer also has brakes then you need some additional wiring parts as the trailer brakes will be on their own circuit. For this you'll need harness I mentioned above along with the following: - 7-Way Molded Trailer...

  • Parts Needed to Switch a Trailer From Surge Brakes To Electric Over Hydraulic Brakes
First you are going to need either a Drum # DH54FR or Disc # DH94FR brake actuator depending on what type of brakes you have. Also be sure to check with the local laws where you live as many states are now requiring all trailer axles to have brakes if over a certain weight. If this is the case I would need to know what axles/brakes you currently have. You will also need a Breakaway Kit # 3802311, Junction Box # 3430001-JBK, and 7-Way # H20046. You may also need a Flexible Brake Line #...

  • Adding 4-Way to R-Pod for Light Kit on Bike Rack
The Cargo Carrier Light Kit # 52014 is a good light kit but I you might consider looking at the Curt Auxiliary LED Indicator Lights # C53201 instead because they install by via adhesive instead of brackets and the lights have connectors that will be a little easier to disconnect. When it comes to adding a 4-Way wiring to the back of your R-Pod I recommend using the Junction Box Kit # 3430001-JBK on the tongue of your trailer. This gives you the ability to cut and splice the original wiring...

  • Parts Needed To Add Electric Brakes To A Tandem 3.5K Axle Utility Trailer
Hey Russell, I can definitely help with that. The first thing is we need to be sure your 3,500 lb axles are equipped with a brake flange. It will be a square metal flange with 4 bolt holes in it at the base of the spindle, like part # 4-35. These can be added to the axle if needed (needs to be done professionally), or if your axle already has them, we can move on to brakes and hubs. Since the 3,500 lb axles use standard sizing, adding eclectic brakes is not too hard. You will just need...

Both the Autowbrake Electric Brake Controller # 3430001 and Tekonsha Prodigy RF Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # TK94FR are great options to add a brake controller to the trailer. This is ideal if you have one trailer that you need to use the brake controller for. The Autowbrake will require you to wire in the module to your 7-Way Junction Box # 3430001-JBK. If you do not feel comfortable with wiring the Tekonsha simply plugs in line on your trailer 7-way. Both controllers are proportional...

  • Parts Needed For Installing Trailer Brakes On a Yacht Club Single 3,500LB Axle Pontoon Boat Trailer
