  I spoke with our resident tire and wheel expert and he said as long as the tire is appropriately sized for a 15x5 inch wheel such as # AM20428 then you can put a tire rated for 65 psi on it. Make sure the valve stem is also rated high enough. The 15 inch tire size that will fit a 15x5 inch wheel is 205/75-15. And for a load range D in that size we have # AM10245. And for a valve stem rated up to 65 psi we have # AM20903 or for more of a buffer you could use # AM20904 rated up to 80 psi.
