Works good. It is a lighter duty jack than was on trailer before, so it takes more cranking effort, but it's rated for the job and has been holding up well. The compact size is great compared to larger drop leg jacks.
Old part stripped out. This one was a perfect replacement. Problem solved!
Received, have not installed yet however I own 3 dump trailers and have owned several other and this looks/feels heavy duty and on or above par with others…
It’s going on my 6x12 dump trailer tomorrow.

I ordered the etrailer jack because it was considerably less than the Bulldog brand jack. I received my order very quickly. When I opened the package I was quite taken back by the quality of the Jack as well as the other items I ordered.
we received jack at about 12:00 and had old jack which was round cut out and this jack installed by 1:30..great shipping and this jack is well made and I really like the grease fitting.

The item description was great I could pick out the exact replacement for my dump trailer. The old one got ripped off when we lost the trailer off the ball! Silly pin didn't put it's self in!

Product came in a good package and in a timely manner. I had to replace the jack on my 14ft dump trailer. The new jack was easy to install if you can weld. Also added 2 thousand of lifting capacity. Plus the grease zirk made it a no brainer.
The unit arrived well packaged and undamaged. Upon first inspection everything is good. I hope the grease fitting helps provide years of reliable service.
The product appears to be heavy duty enough, still sitting in the garage I haven't put it on my brush chipper yet. I love buying stuff from etrailer it's so easy and quick.
