For 2022 and newer, use the BWGNXA4085.I don't typically leave reviews, but this product earned one. Everything went on exactly how it should with zero issues. The measurement for the hole was perfect. The hardware used was top notch and had no issues torquing to spec. The install was quick, and every step of the way was simple and thought out, and communicated effectively in the instruction pages. VERY impressed with the kit, and how strong everything is. This is going to be a huge help for towing our mules around with the tundra. Big thanks to etrailer for the communication and fast shipping, making sure I could get this installed before mule days!

This is our second one, I got tired of moving back and forth between trucks. This helps give needed clearance for short bed trucks to the cab and long bed truck with the tail gate to our LQ horse trailer.
The hitch was perfect. I did have it installed by my local RV team. They did an awesome job for about $450. Not too bad, and give me a level of comfort I needed to tow my horses in the 5th wheel horse trailer. Works great. I pull a 3h with my short bed Tundra and this gave me the extra breathing room I needed
I have a Tundra CrewMax with a super short bed and this ball was the key for safe towing of my goose neck trailer. It gave me the extra 4 inches of clearance so I could make tight corners without worrying about hitting the cab with the trailer. Great product.

This product is exactly what I needed to offset our new “Reese Goose-box” pin box to better accommodate the clearance for the fuel tank and tool box in the bed of our truck. Thanks to the knowledge of the “etrailer” staff (specifically Stacy) she went the extra mile, taking additional time to assure all the products I needed were perfect for my application. P.S. I added the yellow strip down the center of the pin box to help guide me when hooking up. Perhaps “Reese” will add this little idea to their future pin boxes as an option?
I have a 8ft bed but when hooking up and working around the truck with camper hooked up it was difficult... with this ball I can open all the front Compartments. Pulling the toyhauler feels better to.. we have the goosebox 20k on the toyhauler.
I have used this offset ball in the B&W gooseneck hitch I installed in my regular box 2022 Chevy 3500 to tow our 13K GVWR fifth wheel with Reese Goosebox for over six months now and I love it! The offset ball combined with the placement of the hitch in a 2020+ Chevy means I can turn a full 90 degrees if necessary. And fully loaded, our truck is still within specs on all weight ratings, including rear axle weight.
The 4 inch offset ball is very heavy made. I have no concern hauling a trailer with this.
After installing the Gen Y Executive gooseneck hitch on our 5th wheel camper I needed more clearance in my 2016 GMC 6.5' truck bed. I already have the B&W Turnover hitch on my truck and this gave me 4" offset to the rear of my truck and 2" of lift. After 1 year of using this setup I am very pleased with the ride and towing.
