I have a 2015 Silverado 3500 with the BandW gooseneck turnover ball. Does this extension fit? It looks there are actually two that fit and I am not sure what the difference might be.

There are almost identical adapters that are not compatible with certain hitches because they have a different length shank from center of pin hole to square base and only fit very specific B&W hitches. For example, the # BWGNXA4585 has 1-1/6 inch center of pin to base and # BWGNXA4685 has 1-1/4 inch center of pin to base. The reason for the differences is that specific trucks have different clearance issues underneath depending on the design of that particular model.
