I have a great gooseneck hitch for your 2021 Toyota Tundra with a 6 1/2 foot bed. I recommend the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # BWGNRK1257. The B&W gooseneck hitch has a gross towing weight of 30,000 lbs a vertical load limit of 7,500 lbs, and 2-5/16" ball. It is custom fit for your Tundra, the mounting kit requires no welding, and the truck bed does not have to be removed. You will have to cut a 4" diameter hole into the bed. The hitch is powder coated steel and corrosion resistant. The 5/8" thick, spring-loaded, steel locking pin on the end of the handle goes all the way through the ball to secure it in place with an access handle on the rear driver's-side wheel well. I have attached an installation video.
I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector item # C56000 to your Tundra. This wiring harness puts an RV-style connector in your truck bed for quick, simple hookup of your gooseneck trailer. The custom harness plugs in-line with your existing factory wiring so that you can retain use of your Toyota Tundra's factory 7-way.
Since you have the 6 1/2 foot bed you will want to add a offset ball for those tight turns. I recommend the 4" Offset Ball for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Toyota Tundra item # BWGNXA4585.
