You will need the 4" Offset Ball # BWGNXA4085 for the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1116 on your 2020 Ford F-250 short bed. The Offset Ball # BWGNXA4585 that you found is only for the Hitch # BWGNRK1257 on a Toyota Tundra due to the hitch being shorter than a traditional B&W Turnover Ball.
