Gooseneck Hitch Recommendation for 2013 Toyota Tundra with 5-1/2 foot Bed
Question:
I have a 2013 Toyota crewmax w/5 and 1/2 ft bed. I want to put a gooseneck hitch kit to pull a horse trailer. I know that puts the ball hitch to close to the cab of truck. What size offset extender do I need for that. I have only found A 4in extender. Will that work? Thanks in advance for your reply.

For your 2013 Toyota Tundra with a 5-1/2 foot bed the best option will be the B and W Gooseneck hitch part # BWGNRK1257 with the 4 inch extender part # BWGNXA4585.
The extension won't help much, but if your trailer has a very narrow nose like a livestock trailer this would be best shot. If the trailer has living quarters and a wide nose you really won't have a way to do it.
